Very comfortable room, if a little small. Service was very good.

Loved the stay, staff was extremely helpful. Small but just enough for two people, clean. Well lit parking and right at your room so felt safer than some of the hotels I've stayed in where you are carrying your belongings across parking lots. Will definitely be back, it was just right for a beautiful weekend visiting close by Harper's Ferry and Shepherdstown. Can't wait to return

The Knoll was a fantastic get away, the room was as expected and beyond clean, they are small rooms but believe me it was a a hidden gem and a great getaway. The owners did an amazing job revamping this place and I believe all the rooms have their own theme. Ours was Boho, I fell in love with its charm and character. It was vey quite and no stress, I would recommend this highly for a couples get away.

Let me say this. Ms.Debbie the host was super awesome. She stayed in contact with me as soon as I checked in & out.. I recommend this place anybody. Literally close to everything. I love the peace and quiet. I will stay again

Great place to stay in the Martinsburg area. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and bottled water available in the room. We would absolutely stay here again!

The Knolls was a really nice alternative to a hotel. The price was excellent and the service was top notch.

I appreciated the appointment of the room, the bottles of water in the fridge, ice tray, Keurig and pods, individual size SNACKS, toiletries in tubes, a travel size deodorant, and a sealed toothbrush. Newly remodeled. The owner used the last 4 digits of my phone number for easy-to-use electronic door lock. Quiet location, near a 7-11 with gasoline and a friendly bar that serves excellent burgers. I would stay there again. Close to other towns, specifically Shepherdstown, my daytime destination.

The Knolls is an old motel that has been refurbished and updated. It has modern conveniences in a small space. The shower for someone of even some size is very tight. The proprietor is very solicitous and was extremely understanding when I had to cut my visit short.

Good
