Bath ceiling falling down. Crusty rusty bath baseboard heater. Main room baseboard heater front fallen off.
Room was dirty, no outlets on kitchen counter to plug in the toaster or coffee maker, no amenities.

Beautiful spot- no one of the staff was there when we got there at 6pm- didn’t supply shampoo- and had one towel missing- no one to talk with.
This facility is awesome. Staff is wonderful. Stayed in cottage 7. Beds were comfortable, cottage was very clean. Lots of space. View of ocean from the sliding glass door is breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay at the SandSpur. Such a cute little cottage, right on the beach. I would stay here again
Fun weekend in early Spring. Easy to access room and beach from parking area. My favorite place to stay when I visit!
Very Clean and comfortable!
Everything was good, the rooms, the beds and kitchen with utensils. Cottage #5 Has 3 Bedrooms, and unfortunately has only one full bathroom. Wish there was atleast 2 Baths. The door lock had pass code and it didn't work as the touch display on the door lock didn't appear for tapping the pass codes many times. The management didn't replace the battery in the door lock unit, due to which we were unable to enter the property the next day morning when we went to witness the sunrise at 6am , and when returned, the door lock didn't show up the touch keypad, had to wait till 8:30 for someone to come up to open the door.
