Easy to get to the location. The room was as pictured. We were able to check in in only 3 minutes, then get to the room. This was a huge plus with little kids! I called ahead of time to let staff know I would be arriving around 10:00, as the office is only staffed until 11:00.

The office was only staffed until 11:00. There are no real room keys; instead, you get a door code. Someone else had the same code and, around 12:30 am, used the code to attempt to enter the room. As a parent, this is terrifying when traveling with two little kids. When I told the morning staff about the incident, it felt like it was dismissed as he seemed to be just waking up.
