The manager and gentleman at the desk who checked us in, BOTH of them, went above and beyond. Really can’t express how great customer service was. Thank you for making our stay so easy!!! Great place to stay!!!

The bed was comfortable although the quilt was dirty

The towels were greyish and dirty with marks and hair in one. No sink plug, no tv remote. Windows dirty and fly screen had a large hole in it. We arrived late from the airport and despite letting them know our arrival time we felt unwelcome.

Cars had broken windows in the parking lot. Food was on the curtains. Dirty towels loud noises

They have a 10 o’clock check out. But it’s not posted anywhere in the room and on my reservation it just says Thursday checkout. It’s posted outside on the wall when u check in. I had no idea there was even anything posted there. When I ask him why they didn’t tell me about a usual checkout time, they said because I went through booking.com they completely leave up to u to provide that information. I was not to happy with the 10 15 am slamming on my door. When I did check in, they were more on the side of disrespectful and somewhat rude. He asked me if I was gone to have any visitors. Which was super odd. I was well I don’t think so. Even if I was I would have been very respectful with the noise etc. he than asked me if my service animal was gone to pee and poop in the room. It took me about 6 times asking him what he was saying because of his accident and the question was super weird again. I always bring pee pads for emergency anyways. When I asked him about the check out time he said it was at 10am because check in is at 2pm. Which as u know has nothing to do with the check out time Now booking.com just says check in is at 2 pm to 12 pm only. As far as the visitor thing there were multiple rooms with people yelling and other people going in and out of those rooms. I could swear some of the rooms were a brothel because one came over to the room near me screaming and fighting with the person already there. The front door was somewhat damaged with paint chips coming off And I can’t remember ever staying in a motel or hotel etc where the California codes are not posted on the door with the check out time always posted at the bottom The bed only had one sheet and a bed covering, no actual comforter or blanket. Which again leaves to believe that they figure most or a lot of the occupants are there for temporary brothel or other short term reasons. Now I know in my chiropractic business we have something called UCR. Which is usual, customary and relevant.

Since there was nothing I liked. Continue from other page. UCR means that there is an expectation based on 9 other chiropractors near by that all do similar therapies etc and all 9 charge about the same. When they go to say the 10th one which is me and I don’t do any of those therapies and my fees are twice as much as the other 9. In court the judge would immediately rule against me because I was to far away from the UCR. So when every motel around me last night has a 11 am checkout. As consumers we assume it’s also 11am unless booking.com made it extremely clear that the checkout will be unusual and different than the UCR where I would have to sign something to make sure I’m aware and agree to an unusual checkout time. Also are innkeepers probably don’t understand that it’s the state and city codes that govern everything involved with my stay. Just because they say ohhh this is our policy means absolutely nothing in court I will investigate and want to know in the future whether I have the right to see the room and I would like to know what kind of bedding and quality sheets are available along with what kind of bed or mattress etc.
