徒歩圏内にコンビニ、レストランがあり、生活に溶け込める感じでした。ロングビーチまで、車でほぼ直線で行き来できます。モーテルとあまり聞き慣れませんが、コスパもよかったです。

the location was great, the room was old and well used! the sink was too tall and long, I'm short and could barely brush my teeth.

Overall the Sunshine Motel was just okay. The room had an interesting smell although very clean and tidy. The hotel door only partially locked and had to use my knife to enlarge the dead bolt hole. I personally wouldn't stay there again because of a few dislikes but I guess you get what you pay for. Management and employees were friendly though. 3/5 stars.

What breakfast? While the room and restroom was clean and water pressure was good. The A/C worked well.

Since this survey mentioned breakfast, there was none. Also, there was no iron or ironing board. My son's car was blocked in by another renter. The curtains refused to remain closed since the A/C was blowing it causing gaps. There were not enough handicap parking spaces. The sink was propped up with an unpainted 2x4 (Two by four).
