Studio 6 Suites West Memphis, AR - Memphis

This motel is scary, to say the least. Many of the rooms are not used and in great disrepair as you could see through the windows. When we finally found our room, it had a terrible, strong odor. The bathroom was filthy - toilet had urine inside and out, tub dirty. Advertised that they had breakfast, but did not. We left to go find a better hotel. This motel should NOT be listed or suggested by Expedia! Lady at the front disk was ok but no eye contact. Poor gal probably knew we wouldn’t be happy.

It was a nice stay. The price was pretty good for what we got and also it was pretty spacious. It was pretty comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is that the toilet hadn't been cleaned proper and there were drop marks below the lid.

This place is not safe to stay! The front desk staff has no manners and I don’t think has the experience to deal with people I did the check in gave me one isolated room with drug dealers and creepy people around! I got back to the office asking to change room close to the office then she only laughed so I just returned the key and ran away for my safety

The hotel sign was broken, so it was hard to locate. The service desk lady was very nice. The room had dirty floors. The tub had mildew the bed was clean but the sheet had stains. The smoke alarm beeped all night, but had a green light on it. The securiy lock was broken the curtain looked like the backing had melted on to the window. There was no coffee maker.

The photos on the website are very misleading, rooms look nothing like the website. However my husband and i made due for the weekend since it snowed

Checked in but did not stay, very run down and could not find my room on 2nd floor as the rooms were being renovated and no room numbers. Desk clerk was very lazy and would not help me find my room even though i am disabled and severely hearing impaired. Ended up going to a really expensive hotel.WOULD LIKE A REFUND.won't let me download photos

Facilities not through remodeling some outlets not working no ice machine no room service

This is a no frills hotel. Clean but not alot of amenities. It’s older and I felt the parking lot and area was a bit scary. I wouldn’t stay there alone.

The front portion was for exteded stay living that looked like it was being used for "transitional living". Room service was passing some towels through the door.

I was called to tell me that the room I booked would not be available due to no hot water. But if I paid extra, I could have a suite. That's not my fault. I said I can shower at home, but the room was disgusting! So I paid the extra for the suit, which wasn't worth the extra. The bed was comfortable but the rest sucked. They wouldn't give me an extra pilIow. I cancelled my return home stay and won't be back. Not fair that I had to pay extra for their problems. Stay away.
