Pros: perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and a good restaurant is nearby. Cons: no AC (but you can get a fan, ask for it if it’s not in the room when you arrive), no coffee/tea in the rooms but it’s available most of the day in the coffee room (as well as a microwave), no hairdryer (just bring your own). Overall, a good option for a Cod getaway.
The bedroom was dirty
Overall TOTALLY worth it, as long as you are clear about your expectations and adjust accordingly. Location: by far the BEST bit! Across the street from Skipper House, the beach, pretty short walk to the Main drag and mini golf, restaurants, etc(15 min or so walking, 2-4 min drive). Amenities: a very clean large pool, a handful of picnic tables, and some chairs spread around in front of the rooms. The rooms themselves are fairly comfortable in a beach motel level! NOTE - there are no Air Conditioners Cleanliness: clean pool, clean rooms, clean grounds - what else can you ask for? Wait, I know, good value for your money!!
I miss the air conditioning
Dumpy - no coffee maker, coffee room didn’t open til 9am, no hair dryer, smelled bad, no outside lighting

We absolutely loved that the ocean with a lovely accessible beach was literally across the street. And at least when we were there, this hotel is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a delicious restaurant right next door. We did have to haul all our luggage up the stairs, but our room was quiet and spotlessly clean. It did have a musty odor, but after we opened the windows for a bit, it was much better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. It has a nice pool, too, which we didn't have time to use.
