This is a great place to stay we liked it so much we stayed for 3 nights instead of one, and next time we go to the Cape This will be our home base.
Management has been very accommodating. Ocean is steps away from motel. Peace and quiet. Court yard is peaceful and relaxing.

beach, lunch and dinner restaurant and Ice cream stand close by, no morning coffee or soda machines on premise or close by, some more updating could be had, fairly clean some bugs around the ice bucket and shelve. good for the price.
Very cute spot, friendly staff, right by the ocean, the only complaint is no A/C in the cottage, but they supplied me with a nice big fan, so I was fine. Wonderful spot, would love to go back
Rooms were clean, and very "roomy". Loved the post and beam ceiling in our room.... which also gave it a bit roomier feeling to the room. Great motel situated next to Skipper's restaurant (long time favorite), and just a minute's hop to the beach. Will come back again!
The motel was unexpectedly surprisingly spacious, which was great. It’s convenient and walkable to a restaurant right beside it and also to a beach right in front. Other restaurants and beaches are also nearby, which you can drive as well. I like the property, I would definitely come back. However, I wish there was AC. At one point during the night, it became too hot that my friend & I couldn’t sleep. Nonetheless, it is a great motel to stay if you’re just looking for an affordable, safe & convenient place.
It’s a place very simple and smart. I like it.
