Park Motel and Cabins

The room didnt look like any of the photos on line. I walked into the bathroom and the shower was discusting. The shower curtain had soap scum on it. There was some kind of goo on the floor of the shower. The water didnt get hot. We paid for 2 nights. There was one face cloth. The office wasnt open. We went to the store and bought a mat to put on the floor of shower. I also purchased some face cloths. I ended up eating the cost of the room, and got another hotel to stay at! To top it off, we moved the pillows and there was ants. I have no regrets on losing the money.

The spot was convenient and the staff were nice.

The beds were top notch comfy. It’s a good place to sleep.

I was forced to delay the check-in time until 6:30PM, there were spider webs in conner of the room, there was no hot water for bathing, there was no wifi signal in the room, and I wanted to find staff but no one was working on the duty. The charge for each room was very expensive and not worth the price. Strongly demand a refund!

I love Tupper Lake, grew up there. I want to help anyone starting a business in the area. The motel was clean but dated. I would have appreciated a note about getting a second key, how to get more towels, and a soda machine on or near the premise. On the upside, A/C worked great, plenty of hot water, refrig, microware and coffee fixing were much appreciated.

My wife, I and our silver lab spent the weekend,was great!!! They were very accommodating, room was clean. Was close to everything we had planned. She is definitely a dog lover!!!! I would definitely recommend!!!

The owner lives on premises and was very helpful. The rooms are dated and need upgrades but the place was clean. Proximity to The Wild Center was perfect! Be sure to visit if staying in Tupper Lake. Everything worked.

Came up for the Saranac Winter Festival and the rooms one town over were all $200+. We wanted a place that was safe, sound, comfortable and moderate to low cost. I've stayed in places all over that ADK and this one was one the best values! It had everything we were looking for! Is it the Taj Mahal? No. Is it all fancy and brand new? No. We weren't looking to pay for that, and were going be spending most of our time outside of the room anyway. It was though, very clean, maintained, and the mattress was very nice(we both commented on it lol). It wasn't drafty or smelly.The heat stayed stable even in the winter. The bathroom was huge and spacious. There was a table and chairs I used with my laptop for some off hours work. We used the microwave and fridge, as well as the storage space for our belongings. We didn't really watch the tv so I cannot comment on the channel selection and we had service ( Sprint and Straight Talk, Verizon for work phone) and didn't connect to their wifi. The staff was friendly and communications throughout the whole process were effective enough to not allow any misunderstandings. We were very pleased with the value of the room we purchased and wouldn't hesitate to book again. For reference we booked room "A".

Cabin was old and musty. Needs updating. They need to gut it and start over fresh. Hope the new owner will do that. The air freshener did not help. Will never go again nor recommend. Was not worth $10 a night. One good thing is the check in person was nice.

This place offers a very simple accommodation. Nothing fancy. Bathroom was not as clean as we would like, however, the staff is pleasant and attentive. The space outside was nice. It is super close to the wild center and other attractions downtown. It just needs renovation and it will be a great place!
