Location of the motel is great (20 min from Hudson, 20 from Great Barrington). The size of the room was great, especially considering we brought our dog as well. The room was pretty much as pictured, so I appreciate that it's a "what you see is what you get" situation.

There was definitely not enough light in the room, it was much too dim. I didn't love the sink being outside of the bathroom, but it's not a deal breaker for me. Because it's so cold in the winter, it would have been great if the area where the bed was had a carpet/rug underneath just like the TV area and an extra mat in the bathroom (floor is painted concrete). It also seems like the rooms could use a little bit of updating.

The communication was awesome how to unlock the door pad regulate the heat to my comfort n very comfortable bed hot on the Internet without a hassle thank you

Location - comfortable also...

Someone to watch the facility at night.. Saturday night The TV worked but the sound was jumpy - couldn't watch. Also, whomever was in room #6 next to us - 6 people came in there at 2:15 a.m. Yelling, laughing, real loud - probably drunk on tequila for over 15 minutes until my wife & I pounded on the wall and asked them to shut the hell up - if it happens again won't hesitate to call police... then had trouble sleeping as we had an early morning departure... not happy at all...

The house was fine but the check in was weird

There was no staff on hand at all - this is a completely remote operation - no hospitality, no support, no one answers the phone, no one helps.

Shower was weird, didn’t have a lot of water pressure in it. Heating unit in room kept making a weird noise. Floor was super cold, as it was concrete and no carpet or rug on it. My doors extra lock was broken. Most of the outlets in the room did not work.
