I was not satisfied with ehat they call a Executive Suite. Had to kills many bugs in the bathroom. Rug in living area has wrinkles that do not lay flat causing a safety issue. Asked to empty the dehumidifier. Doing that since it was full was disgusting. The inside was so dirty I would throw it out snd buy a new one. Find it hard to believe that the owners or cleaning staff wouldn’t see these issues and correct them. Chose this place for location and that it had a good rating. Stayed three nights and in my experience this place is over rated and should not be charging the rates they do. I travel all the time and this is the worst place I have ever stayed at.

Loved the location and the fact the hotel was quiet. Loved I could have my dog with me

No microwave. Room had a damp musty smell. No dresser to put your clothes in. Had to live out of my suitcase for a 5 day stay. Only 2 tiny hooks to try and hang up clothes.

Great value for the Berkshires. Great location. Rate was really reasonable. Basic but stylish. Clean. The check-in instructions by email were helpful. We slept great. The bed was very comfortable and firm. Since there is no carpet on the floor, there was no musty, low-end motel smell. The AC worked well. It was on when we arrived but we turned it off. We actually turned up the thermostat for heat at night after getting rained on at a music festival. The room warmed up quickly.

The floors are painted concrete, I think. So they were cold. I think that ends up being a plus because motel carpet can smell and be full of dirt. Next time, and there will be a next time, I will just bring a pair of socks.
