Nice renovated rooms, clean and comfortable. New sheets on the beds, good bathroom facilities altogether. Loved staying there!

Bright lights outside room, even though the blackout curtains made sleep easy.

The location was near a highway.

No hot water in the shower. Only the sink. I kept filling the ice bucket in the sink to try to fill the tub, but I gave up. It was only a few days without bathing. No clock.

Non frills clean motel - 5 stars for price point!! Rooms have microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Convenient to downtown Black Mountain and quiet. I will definitely stay again.

There are two buildings for this hotel. Acorn 1 and 2. The staff make it easy to get to the correct room during check in. Newly renovated and very good value.
