Nice staff, clean comfy, hugh room

It was a bit expensive for our budget

Big room, works well for dogs, most of room remodeled . Location good for being in Black Mountain, and reasonable value for the price.

Bathroom very old, AC very loud, room is very dark, needs more lamps

No breakfast. Manager was great and went out of his way to help us with all our needs such as extra nights and checking into our rooms early.

Chairs in second room could be cleaned or replaced.

It was very clean,the staff was friendly.

The bed was too hard.

This was a great place to stay for the night so that we could wake up where we wanted to be for the day. The hotel was completely clean and comfortable, and we got a good night's rest. We felt safe and secue. I don't think I would stay here for a long vacation, as it really doesn't have any amenities. BUT, since we only planned to arrive late at night and leave early in the morning, it was great! If you're looking to arrive at Biltmore when then open, this is a great place to stay! Affordable price. Right in the middle of downtown Black Mountain - a charming town.

Owner is very nice. They are working very hard fixing the place up! Room and grounds very clean. Older motel but updates make it comfortable. Being able to park right in front of your door is very convenient! Will stay here again!

Location & Price, I’ve stayed here a few times. Parking in front of room excellent. Lobby/check in would have been improved by multiple boxes stacked in corner being removed. Llack of tv guide in room frustrating. Gnats in sink area disappointing.

Location. Room clean.

Very tacky office set up. Staff very nice but always felt like you were waking them up by ringing the bell. Booked a King room gave us two doubles. Offered a change but we had already moved in. No discount. No iron no hangers. Bath door didn’t close.
