Neat concept with a well maintained property. Love the firepits and self-service shop with essentials. Shower pressure was great and the rooms were cozy.

Nice and very clean room. Pretty property. Perfect for our golden retriever. Was in room 116. It had a handicap shower and the water ran all over the floor; floor was freezing as well. Was able to get into our room easily, but it is odd that there is no one on property if an issue arose. Overall we were very happy and would come back if we were in the area again.

Well, I was very surprised that there was absolutely no one around. It was a self check in. If this is what the hospitality industry is becoming that is disappointing. In addition, the cost did not reflect the customer no-service.

The lodge is newly renovated. We came early in season but during april-oct it’s an ideal location to use nature trails and picnic offerings. Great for families and hikers (amenities / location) It’s a staff-less property - no problem. Self check in. New/clean. Recommend rooms upstairs (quieter AC)

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The things that jump to the top of my mind: Check in was simple. I received a quick and helpful response when we requested last minute to switch to a pet-friendly room. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The Pine Brush Trail was an added bonus for our adventuring pup! We are looking forward to making this an annual mother/daughter weekend trip and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just what we needed. Room was clean. Needed a little maintenance to the ceiling. Might have had a small leak. Walls were definitely thin.
