Feels like home, this hotel

I had a cockroach crawl across my chest when i was laying down at 1215 in the morning. after arguing with the manager for 30mins he finally gave my fiancé and I a refund. the place smelled like smoke, and it looked super run down. -5 stars don't ever go there.

This reservation was the worst and the dirtiest stay i have ever experienced! (When i first opened the door i felt like JOE!) then to make things worst i paid my security deposit with a card but never received my refund and when called the front desk he insisted that i had my money because i fidnt not ask for it when returning the key but he never even inspected the room to verify the refund ( fraudulent). I will never ever refer this place to anyone let alone reserve again…horrible service!!!

They didn't have any refrigerators or microwaves I had to go across the street to warm up my food
