El lugar no tiene recepción, supuestamente hay que descargar una app donde poniendo tu email o teléfono te dan el acceso a la habitación,pero no funciona esa app , Tuve que llamar por teléfono a un número que te envían por Mail cuando reservas.

The location is great and the accommodations are fair.

There is no staff, so there is no one to handle noise complaints or maintenance issues. There was a party going for 12 hours straight through the night with loud music and rowdy guests. Nothing was done to shut it down. My children and I could not sleep the entire night. After a sleepless night, the next morning I tried to leave the hotel room, and the deadbolt on the door was rusted stuck and the door would not open. I tried for 45 minutes to get the door open, the windows are also bolted shut, so we were locked in our room for almost an hour I had to use my toothbrush and a ballpoint pen to budge the lock open. I called for maintenance and no one ever came to help. There has been zero resolve or anything offered to make up for this stressful inconvenience. The manager is unresponsive. I will absolutely never book at this motel again.

I liked the vibe of the room. I also liked that it was on the island, it's a good location.

The bed was so wildly uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a lumpy brick. I also will say my room was right by the pool and the smell of chlorine was OVERWHELMING. Also if you are traveling with a pet it's a $75 pet fee. That was more than my stay... I felt like they needed to make that clear as well.
