Uptown Inn & Suites

This place was very very nasty room was very filthy door already unlocked to room dirty towels on the bathroom floor dead bugs and spiders my son was bitten by a spider we left didnt stay in the room the lady at the front desk was in another room with a gentleman sleep we waited almost an hour she snatched my son id out of hos hand very very nasty so im requesting a refund as of now I recommend no one to go here the rooms are not fit to be slept In so bypass this place dont book here at all

Had to wait a hour after I got there at 4:00 because they had to clean a dirty room for me desk lady is front desk and maid

No one was on the property when I called and came up there housekeeping was cleaning the room. There was bugs in it and really poor customer service. There was no one in the office at all. No one picked up the phone. Don’t wanna contact me back.
