J'ai aimé : - la disponibilité du personnel pour le check-in, le check-out et toute autre question - la chambre fonctionnelle, avec 6 lits, une douche et des toilettes partagées dans une petite salle de bain attenante à la chambre - la possibilité de se garer n'importe où dans le parking de l'hotel gratuitement

Je n'ai pas apprécié : - l'absence de petit-déjeuner gratuit, alors qu'il était mentionné dans le descriptif booking.com. Il fallait le réserver et le payer en supplément - l'absence de housse de couette alors que les autres draps étaient fournis - la localisation : proche du métro, mais par conséquent entouré d'une population malaisante (SDF / drogues) bien qu'elle ne soit pas violente et ne fasse pas la manche. Aucun commerce de proximité accessible à pieds, j'ai diné au sein de l'hotel avec des plats bons mais très chers. - la nécessité de devoir passer à l'accueil tous les soirs (!) pour faire réactiver la carte de la chambre qui se désactivait systématiquement pendant la journée - l'absence de barrière pour fermer l'hôtel et le parking par rapport à la rue, qui m'a un peu fait craindre pour la voiture de location que j'y avais garé (sans conséquence) - la climatisation extrêmement bruyante dans la chambre

I also paid for breakfast when I chose this place. You mentioned in your ad that breakfast was available, but there was no breakfast. I asked again. They said we don't serve breakfast. The employees said it only says so in the ads.

The hotel staff that manage check-ins. Bposhtel response was non-existent regarding the total lack of security in the room. If you want to chance *all* your valuables being stolen - stay in the shared accomodation. Otherwise book a normal hotel room. You have been warned! I left that night and booked the Howard Johnson.

Zero security for your belongings. Unless you have a car to securely store your valuables **DO NOT STAY HERE**. - room backs into back of hotel - room does not have individual lockers for luggage storage - lockers that are available have transparent windows to view valuables. And items are locked with a pen lock and could be snapped in a few seconds.

The hostel room doesn’t have normal lights, the room is basically dark from 6pm on. No openable window, no curtain, so the metal roller blinder is half shut for privacy of the room (it is motel style room directly openly facing road/yard) that very limited natural light can let in during day time. The hostel worker/s lives in the room long terms, so you share with the workers. The hostel is separate with the hotel. Nearby there is no accessible food.
