Staff was friendly and helpful

Dirty. Didn’t have sheets or towel available in assigned locker as advertised. Other hostel guests were allowed to raid lockers and take all provided linens. Bad area. Breakfast was nothing special, hard bagels and coffee.

The mattress was horrible and WiFi did not work in the room. When I requested a different bed I was told that Bposhtel wasn't actually on site. Bposhtel rents rooms from Heights House Hotel for hostel beds. Contact was made with the owner through the hotel. He texted me and offered a different bed but that bed did not exist. The next day it was made apparent that he thought I was in Orlando but I was in Houston. When I told him how bad the mattress was he asked what did I expect for that price.
