Fernando Flats

Perfekt område, lugnt och stillsamt, liten pool som var uppvärmd vilket var positivt. Alla åker mest till stranden så det var lugnt och skönt i solstolarna vid poolen. Finns allt man behöver i lägenheterna och är perfekt för både kort vistelse eller longstay, trevligt att flaggan från ens hemland satt i krukan utanför dörren. Poolhanddukarna är bra till just poolen men till stranden hade jag önskat en riktig handduk/beachtowel. Väldigt bra med frysboxen för is och glass till barnen. Vi var mer än nöjda med vår vistelse och återkommer gärna.

Dåligt städat under bäddsoffan, smutsigt och fullt med gammalt godis. Baksidan av vår lägenhet var inte något speciellt, vi använde den inte en gång under en vecka, kändes linte som att man var sugen på att sitta där på kvällen, var inte rent och inbjudande, 25 m från soporna. Jag rekommenderar lägenhet på övervåningen då det är lyhört att bo i undervåningen, en del golvstamp och om ngt tappas i golvet eller om ett telefonlarm hörs på morgonen så kanske man ska överväga att bo en trappa upp pm man är lättstörd.

The location was great. It was very close to the beach. They provided bikes free of charge. It was a fun bike ride to restaurants and around the island. They provided beach chairs. The inside of the apartment was very cute and clean. We left a book behind and they held it for us to come get later. There were cute touches like our home state flag put outside of our room to make our room easy to find.

We arrived early and was looking for a place to store our bags. There was no front desk so it wasn't a simple solution but we figured things out on our own. I'm sure they would figure out a solution for you if you let them know in advance. We were overall very happy with the entire stay.

My wife loved the decor. I actually slept on the sofa bed because of a cough. The sofa bed and the main bed were comfortable with the foam topper. The room was very quiet and the area is peaceful. The coffee that was supplied tasted great. We ride the bikes to the Sailfish Marina for dinner . We will definitely recommend the Flats to others.

The door on the bathroom needs to be sanded down or trimmed because it will not close. We were in Room 1

We liked the property overall. The hotel is well maintained. There are comfortable chairs and tables set up around the pool. We took advantage of the bikes to explore the neighborhood. There is also a closed with a good selection of beach chairs and toys.

We would like the option of renting a room with a king size bed. We also would like to have the option to help our self to more towels. One set for a 4 night stay wasn’t enough.
