I loved everything about the property. It's in a fabulous neighborhood, it was clean and quiet, a great place for early morning walks. The pool was inviting and very clean with comfortable seating. The water pressure was fabulous (low pressure is a pet peeve of mine). Fernando Flats is close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, fishing, and golf, of which I took full advantage off. I spend months traveling along Floridas shores, and was very pleased with the ease of check-in. Looking forward to another stay here next year.

Location was great. The place was nice and clean and I loved the art work! Having stayed in the area before, the dehumidifier did a great job!

Would have liked more hooks in the unit for hanging things.

Nice location and well decorated with eclectic furniture. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was stocked with all the equipment needed.

Didn’t like the louvered door on the bathroom - no privacy.

This was our second visit to Fernando Flats and this year was better than last. The flats are in a fabulous position and the beach is just round the corner. A number of restaurants are also walkable. Marie is lovely and answers any questions you may have. The pool area is great and some days we had it all to ourselves. The little flags outside the flats are great and everyone is so friendly. We met some lovely people on our stay and will most definitely return.

Can’t think of anything. Everything was great.
