The fact that you have to pay R1000 damage fee on arrival it was a big turn off for me. Its like a student accommodation.

Proximity to Sunbet Arena , Hazelwood and Menlyn park mall

Too much noise plus their policy of R1000 deposit for damages which is refundable as they say (yet to receive the refund ), only issue is it was not visible on booking.com and I only found out about it the morning of the day I was supposed to check in.
