The receptionist was not friendly at all was robbed by urber on my arrival, the place was smelling of smoke not at clean so nje I cancelled my stay with them and will not go there again or recommend it to anybody

The location was peace & quiet. I loved how clean the area is and how safe one could feel as well. I wouldn't mind booking here again.

It would've been good if the rooms were fitted with AC or at least breakfast was included. Also the place doesn't have a kitchen and it was tiring constantly going out for breakfast, lunch or dinner. But other than that.

I like the overall location and safety of the place. The receptionist Tanya was amazing.. the staff actually were all friendly and hospitable

There was insufficient lighting in the apartment and this made it feel a bit stuff.. only 1 mirror in the room which didn't help as its too far from plugs to be able to do my hair. Also lots of baby roaches..the place needs to be fumigated. The inventory list wasn't accurately completed and that was a concern as it affects the breakage deposit so that should have been verified by the staff and not me. No extra blankets in case it was cold and only 1 towel for a couple stay.. definitely not a nice one

That it was close to SunBet Arena

There were cockroaches in the apartment and there was noise. I don’t understand if it’s a student accommodation also? And that we had to pay a damage deposit for the apartment that we booked. There was no extra blanket and it’s winter
