Good evening  Thank you for your prompt response. As you can imagine I am utterly disgusted in the state of the Matrix Apartment 607.  As per your request please see videos and footage I have attached. I returned the keys shortly after collecting them. The apartment 607 was dirty from floors to shower with dirt on all surfaces, left over food on the stove, inside the fridge and unwashed dishes.the smell was terrible and nauseating. The Concierge at the Residences was very polite and even asked me if I would like to check in to another room to compensate my bad experience. Unfortunately at this stage I had already rebooked and paid yet again for my accommodation as seen on my booking.com account. Please ensure my money is refunded, no complimentary stay will make me forget that terrible experience.

2 Parking tags didn't work, bad directions and had to wait over an hour just to be allocated a different parking that wasn't free. Room was dirty with shower drain clogged

The blankets and the coin h wasn’t comfortable

I did not enjoy my stay.

We blocked toilet and shower from check in until 10.30 am the next day. We had to leave the unit to utilize public toilets during the night

I would have liked it if they would advise people to bring their own bedding. There was no sheet on the bed or pillow cases. The pillows looked dirty and the mattress cover had small holes on it. We did not sleep comfortably

The quality of the couch is bad
