It was a hassle to have to go to one location (Crystal Towers) to check in and then wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to take me to the Matrix apartments. Very soddy.

"The Matrix apartment was not acceptable but the alternative provided was nice"

On arrival keys were collected from Chrystal Towers Hotel two blocks away. Directions to the Matrix building parking were not clear and time was wasted finding the parking bay. When entering the flat it was not clean and had maintenance issues. The keys were taken back to the reception, who then kindly allocated another room in the Residence Apartments which was very nice.
