After posting the following review about a month ago: This property and Host Agent engage in unethical and fraudulent practices. They deducted R868 from my deposit without my approval, claiming damages for a dirty towel and bedsheet. When I requested valid evidence showing that they had washed these items, they failed to provide any proof but went ahead with the deduction anyway

They will find any excuse to overcharge you. The room was advertised for R3,100, but after confirming payment, I was charged R3,720. On top of that, they charged an additional R868 for unfounded “damages”, without providing any proof. the host agent contacted me and confirmed that the deduction from my deposit had been made in error. They stated that the linen had been cleaned and that there were no damages. I was promised a refund of R868 on the condition that I delete my review on Google and Booking.com.

The location is excellent. Would like it to be serviced more often, if not every day at least every 3 days.

The noise on Friday and Saturday nights is unacceptable. People screaming and carrying on from 11 pm to 2.30 am. The clothes drier was very dirty had to ask the host to clean it. The sofa is very uncomfortable and the cushions are stained - possibly caused by water from Airconditioner dripping on them. Need to leave instructions on how to operate the stove and oven.

Beautiful space, modern furniture. The location is just amazing.

The bed made sounds every time you turn. The main door handle is broken too. I wish they had more coffee making things and a hair dryer
