We enjoyed the pool and the gym equipment.

The air conditioner was not a problem for us, but could be fixed for the next people.

Property is new, safe!

They dont to housekeeping! They charge caution on booking, and after your departure they do a blind checklist and charge you, saying you damaged linens and towels, so you wont get your refund. Even garbahe they dont collect! Poor poor team! I dont recommend!

Location is excellent near the shopping complex, hospital, major motorways, golf facilities. Also the view through the sliding door was good.

The price advertised on Booking.com was misleading as other add ons were added once the booking had been confirmed. This is not fair 😢. Facility, though self catering doesn't have a separate bedroom, lounge and dining areas. Secondly, no paper towel provided in the kitchen. Thirdly, no shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Two toilet rolls only provided. Property manager promised to confirm late check out on the morning of departure date but did not come back to me. Lastly, no readily streaming local TV service unless one has a pre existing account with the service provider. So as an international tourist we could not watch local content as news, sports etc. So based on above, it's extremely difficult to justify a five star rating for both stay and apartment.
