Very neat and tidy and well secured. The host was patient with the security codes that were not working until she gives us the working one.

The security codes that were constantly not working which was very much annoying. When there are vehicles behind you, all of them would have to reverse because your access is denied. When you are given new codes you would find out that they are also not working. It was a strain.

The property is ideally located within walking distance of the Mall of Africa. It offers stunning views and a touch of class, making it perfect for those who value both convenience and elegance

The property is good. Unfortunately, the managing agents (Host Agents) made the experience very frustrating. Booking.com states that the deposit of R1,500 is payable on check-in, but they changed the rules after I booked, requiring payment 7 days before check-in and the refund also takes 7 days. Overall, my customer experience from the agents was poor. The engagement with the agents was very frustrating.
