I requested an early check-in, and I was thrilled to see that it was accommodated. The property itself is highly secure, giving peace of mind during stay. The property managers were in touch.

Communication prior to check-in was quite challenging. When I arrived at the facility, my phone calls went unanswered. Thankfully, the property managers for the other property on-site were able to assist me and contacted the caretaker for my apartment. However, the caretaker was unaware of my booking and I had to produce my booking confirmation . Additionally, during my stay, I encountered an issue with the bathroom outlet, which was clogged and drained slowly. The property manager assured me it would be fixed, but unfortunately, it was never addressed during my stay.

The location is great 👍 👌

1. The unit was not a 1 bedroom as advertised but a Bachelors like a hotel room. 2. The rug was dirty and had some smudges and holes. 3. There was no water for over 12 hours, and nobody said anything about it. I had to eventually check out without taking a shower.
