They were able to allocate us 2 comfortable single units to make up for the mistake. Very clean and quite relaxing.

we had booked a 2 bedroom family unit, by the time we arrived they had allocated it to someone else.

The room setup, the location and the fact that the staff was willing to fix their blunders even though it took up much of our time.

we found stains in the first room-long yellow streaks on the sheets and the staff blamed each other for not cleaning it. we stood outside the gate for a very long time without anyone opening or answering our calls. even when we were moved to the other room we had to beg for towels.

The location was very safe and quiet.

We were not able to open the gate by ourselves, meaning every time we needed the gate opened we’d have to call them to open

They have to control rodents which make noise in the ceiling.
