Location for the tram trip.

Wrong keys in the box, we couldn't get access for 20 minutes. Cold in the evening with no extra heating facilities for the lounge, even though we asked housekeeping. Lack of replies on Whatsapp when we needed support.

Great location. Walking distance into the village and next door to a beautiful bakery. Despite it being self check-in , we were welcomed and shown to our apartment on arrival.
