Noise until 04:00 AM, there was a party inside the facility, Forget about sleeping. Security did not even bother to help with the noise level. Worst experience ever in my travelling life let alone paying R200 to get my ID which I paid to just get my ID and leave the place. Advice: Your building quite expensive to just mess it up by maladministration. People use this facilities to sleep for parties with such loud noise to still be allowed to take place during the night. Do better please!

The staff were friendly

The water on the 2nd and 3rd days was cold

Breakfast was super especially because it was very cold

Provides family room

The place is clean, well kept and secured

Rooms need bedside lamps, a kettle and tea ingredients.

The room was just okay.

I booked via booking.com and the price was around R483 but upon my arrival at the facility I was told to pay R530 because the app says a different thing. I asked them how it was my problem because I didn't create the booking.com app and I showed them my booking on the app but they kept on insisting that I must pay the new amount, to which I paid but it is very misleading. They made it my problem for using the app. My experience was ruined from the start
