Was made to pay a deposit of R200 that was not mentioned when I booked. The money is for the stains on their sheets. They said the slighted stain will be paid for. They gave me a blanket with a STAIN. When I showed them the stain they gave me a torn blanket in that cold. They don't have a kettle and tea in the room. If you want hot water to drink you have to travel to the kitchen. There is no aircon and water for showers cold. Had I not have a hot water bottle I don't know how was I going to survive the cold No side lamp on the bed sides

The staff was welcoming upon arrival, Changed our linen and washed other things (bathing towel)without us asking. That was very kind of the staff.

The noise of other guests upon arrival.

The location is right, and the place is close to the mall, shisa nyama, public transport. And is very secured and safe.

Everything was fine but in future I would like them to at list allocate a room with kattle, microwave and stove to accommodate the people who book more than one night.
