Ellipse Waterfall 3902

I booked a second consecutive stay with this host, but instead of being treated as a returning guest, I was required to check out at 10:00 AM and wait until 2:00 PM to check back in. My request to store my luggage was also refused. I was then charged R564 for a food stain on a duvet cover, yet despite requesting proof that the stain remained after laundering and asking for the duvet cover itself, I never received either. To make matters worse, my deposit refund was delayed beyond the promised timeframe, and I had to keep following up for updates. I later stayed with another host in the same building who allowed me to check in early and provided excellent service, making the difference in hospitality very clear. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this host.

Sheets had dust on them and we requested them to be changed and we were ignored.

Room was very clean 👌 and everything is on point. ALL is in good setup.

At 1st I wasn't feeling good about their policy 1500 rands payment and 300 rand late arrival fee that was new to me because it my fifth booking in that place but have met such policy but I understand pple differ

Beautiful property, great location.

Breakage deposit payment. Wasn't refunded a week later, had to ask for refund.

Cleanliness

My code to exit immediately after the checkout time. Sufficient time should have been allocated to allow movement from the room to drive out.

The views and facilities were beautiful

There was no cleaning service, I stayed for a few days.. It was horrible
