Boutique Hotel OLOM

Chambre non conforme à la chambre initialement demandée. 2 lits simples au lieu d'un lit double. Climatisation de la chambre hors service pendant 2 jours, elle devait soit disant être opérationnelle le lendemain. On nous a fourni une climatisation mobile avec évacuation extérieure mais la chambre se trouvait juste au dessus du restaurant de l'hôtel ( donc odeur de fritures dans la chambre ) Éviter la n°103. Aucuns dédommagements ne nous a été proposé lors de notre départ. La photo de la piscine sur le rooftop est mensongère, bien plus petite que ça en réalité. Nous avons cependant apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel et la vue sur la cathédrale depuis le bar sur le rooftop. Le petit déjeuné est également TOP.

So fantastic and dog friendly hotel. The atmosphere and staff are so nice and the food and drinks are perfect. There is even a menu for the dog. Our room was up to date and cannot come up with anything negative. Have never felt so welcoming with a dog before❤️🙏 thank you hotel Olom:)

Staff nice & very welcoming. Room & pool good, air con good.

Nice small boutique hotel, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The only issue we faced was that our room was on the 3rd floor and there is a bar on the rooftop 4th floor, loud music, lots of noise till early hours of the morning.

Although centrally located, parking was an ordeal. Staff was very helpful.

We loved our stay. Great hotel and room. Everyone here is extremely helpful. And the cocktails are a must on the roof terrace. The breakfast is also amazing. We will be back. And the view from our room was great as well. And the live music was great as well. Thank you

Brilliant central location. Really friendly staff at reception who are very attentive and responsive. The top floor bar serves great cocktails and is a lovely place to take in the view before dinner. I would have preferred a choose what you want and pay for that option for breakfast which was a little slow with only one person working. The rooms are very clean, bed was comfortable and the record player is a fun addition. The lighting is a bit of a pain but it won't detract from your enjoyment of the room. Overall a great location and a very pleasant place to stay. I'd choose room only as there are plenty of places nearby to find breakfast.

It was difficult to find. We arrived at the train station However online there was no location on Maps. We went all over the place, seeking the previous name ‘Hotel Catedral’. This omission needs attention. When we eventually found it, the hotel was unimpressed with our problem. However, it’s a wonderful location. The restaurant is good. We dined on their patio, part of the restaurant. Breakfast in the same room good with serene waiter, nice. Menus a bit overproduced. We weren’t quite taken by the hi-tech controls in the room, though it was fine (two ‘balcony’ windows looking onto the cathedral 🤗). Call us old-fashioned 😊 There is a fabulous rooftop bar open to the public with pool above, only for residents
