Boutique Hotel OLOM

The rooms are beautiful decorated, modern and well maintained. The view from my room balcony was the Cathedral façade. Nothing can top this! The hotel is centrally located and walkable to most attractions. Highly recommended.

This hotel from start to finish was an amazing experience. We took our much loved doggy, knowing it was a dog friendly hotel. Our room was looking straight over the Cathedral, which was great for the Easter parades. The dog had his own bed,bowl, and food. We were left cheese, biscuits and chocolates when we arrived. We booked dinner in the restaurant, and when we arrived, they had a dog bowl, water, and a pet menu for our doggy. (It was very cute). Our food was outstanding,we had tuna tartar, which came in half a bone. The chef mixed the marrowbone with the red tuna, which was very tasty. We had steak, vegetables, apple tart and custard. All of the dishes were presented beautifully and tasted amazing. The waitress also did wine pairing for us, which was superb. The staff in all areas were friendly, helpful, and just couldn't do enough for you. It's one of the best hotels we have stayed in a long time.

We checked in for just one night and had a wonderful time. Absolutely loved the musical theme of the room. Ours was Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen, and it was so much fun to experience and play the music. Also loved our time at the terrace. A few suggestions - as I know, the hotel is new - the opening hours of the pool should be till 9 PM or till sunset to enjoy the sunset and the evening and not miss out on it like we did since we were on the beach and checked in and it was already closed at 8pm. Quite bummed. Also, the pillows are foam and not great and should be changed for some thing more comfortable like down, same for duvet - with 14 rooms should be an easy fix. As an ex hotelier sleeping well is extremely important, and that would be one thing that might us considering not staying again. The staff was wonderful, and we had the best time at the terrace. The bartender was so kind. The view over the cathedral is stunning.

This place is one of the worst i have ever stayed in. Overpriced with small rooms, dirty pillows and towels, very silly technology and disrespectful staff. Our room was as well on the 4th floor where the bar stays open until 2 am and is very loud.

Really nice property in Cadiz. Perfect for a nice getaway.
