THE FLAG Hotel Marbella Estepona - Adults Recommended

Het hotel is prachtig, veel halfopen gangen met prachtig uitzicht op de tuin. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Verder fijne voorzieningen zoals een ruime fitness (nu eens echt!), een sauna en meer. De kamer was heel ruim, goed uitgerust en we hadden een supergroot balkon, meer terras. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, heerlijk buffet en daarnaast ook nog a la carte keuzes. Verse sappen, vers fruit, vers gebakken brood... Echt super. Het zwembad is ook top, alleen wat weinig bedjes voor het aantal gasten. Maargoed, wel de moeite waard met zon of schaduw naar wens. Het pad vanaf het hotel naar het strand is een unieke bonus, wat mooi! En het strand is lekker rustig en de boulevard eindeloos met mooie uitzichten. Geweldig!

Fantastic hotel Very clean, modern and relaxing atmosphere. Its vibe is more relaxation and chill than anything else. Other reviews complain about the lack of music around the pool but that's what we loved about it. It's not the place for loud music. We didn't eat but drinks were good, albeit there could be more cocktail choice. They don't do the classics like cosmopolitan etc. The filtered water points around the hotel are great and kitchen facilities in the rooms had everything we need. Gym was well equipped but needed more air con on the hotter days. Just to note, this is NOT adults only. Not a fault of the hotel as Spain has changed discrimination laws to mean children can't be denied entry. Unfortunately we found out the hard way when a crying toddler was brought to the pool. This hotel isn't child friendly or child safe and those bringing kids despite seeing it as adults recommended are clearly doing it out of their own selfishness and disregard for those wanting an adult only experience. Generally a very good experience at the hotel.

Zone résidentielle sécurisée, très calme en cette période. Directement accessible depuis la voie rapide bord de mer. Hotel récent tout juste 2 ans (construction). Personnel hyper serviable et disponible. Etablissement propre, belle piscine, Chambre très spacieuse (55M2) , tout équipée (coin cuisine, réfrigérateur, micro onde, lave vaisselle, planche à repasser, vaisselle)

Large comfortable rooms, fully equipped. Helpful staff, everything well kept. Enjoyed the spa treatments. Very nice pool.

Tolles Hotel! Fast neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Restaurant ist sehr gut.

Hadde et fint opphold i 17 dager. Fikk tildelt en suite da de ikke hadde et deluxe rom med hav utsikt når vi kom, fornøyd med det. Opplevde at strømmen gikk i hele Spania i et halvt døgn, og da var det ikke mulig å få mat i restauranten, da alt gikk på elektrisitet. Her burde de tenkt beredskap og hatt tilgjengelig grill eller gass. Vannet forsvant, også i toalettene etter en stund. Ingen informasjon fra hotellet. Til tider var det ikke nok solsenger til alle gjestene, men igjen veldig gode puter Renholdet var gjort i en voldsom fart, og mye ble uteglemt. Veldig positivt med eget kjøkken. Rommet var moderne og tiltalende. God seng med tynn dyne. Mulig å leie sykler fra hotellet, fin sykkeltur langs promenaden til Estepona.

Lovely, clean hotel with very large rooms. One of our party was put in a room overlooking the carpark but was changed when she complained. 2 rooms were on a higher floor which was nice but I had to ask (I'd booked 10 rooms and I had VIP access). Not sure we would have got them if I hadn't asked and I'm not actually sure they were an upgrade .... Only real criticism of the hotel was the lack of sunbeds. Admittedly we were a party of 10 but we struggled to get sunbeds and other guest were ot happy that we took so many of them. Please get more sunbeds management! This (and only this) would stop me going back .... On a brighter note the staff were fabulous, the drinks and food round the pool good and not expensive and overall a lovely hotel.

From arriving at the hotel and being greeted at reception it was a lovely experience. Rooms are great and spacious, on site dining is exceptional.
