THE FLAG Hotel Marbella Estepona - Adults Recommended

Fantastic stay all in all. The staff is kind and helpful in all departments. The room was spacious and clean, with a great balcony and the necessities you need to be able to make a simple meal yourself too with a small kitchenette. The pool is heated and secluded, and the spa treatments are great (highly recommend the lift facial). The hotel has its own private walkway down to the beach, it just takes a few minutes. We have already decided to come back later this year because the experience was great.

Cet hotel est basique. Ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles. Le service est minimal, peu avenant et peu amical. L'hotel "adults recommended" accueille beaucoup d'enfants. Il est éloigné de tout et ne propose aucun service. Les horaires du restaurant et du bar sont limités. Pas de mini-bar, pas de mouchoirs en chambre. Faites votre vaisselle vous-même!

Gewoon fantastisch, hotel is nieuw en in zeer goede staat. Ontbijt geweldig, een aanrader, mooi zwembad Ligging aan het strand met een bijzonder mooie binnentuin die slingert tot aan het strand, wow Wij kunnen enkel zeer positief zijn. Personeel ook zeer vriendelijk Een ideale accmodatie om even wat energie bij te tanken.

Vi bodde på hotellet i tre nätter och hyrde bil från Malaga. Hotellet var rent och hade bra standard, men frukosten var begränsad och samma varje dag. Personalen var trevlig och svarade när vi frågade något, men vi fick inte känslan av att bli omhändertagna, exempelvis med hjälp att boka restauranger eller aktiviteter. För en vistelse på fyra dagar var det ändå en helt okej upplevelse.

I can't believe the experience we had at the bar during our stay. We went for a drink at 8:30 PM on Thursday evening, and right off the bat, the barman informed us that the staff had a party to attend and we had to be out by 9:30 PM. Can you imagine? We felt rushed from the moment we walked in! Then, just 15 minutes before we were supposed to leave, they turned off the music and started cleaning up. We still had half a bottle of wine left! I ended up complaining to the lovely lady at the reception, who assured me that she would contact the manager and that he would follow up with us the next day. Well, guess what? We never heard a word from him. Talk about disappointing customer service! To add insult to injury, on Friday and Saturday nights, we were told the bar closes at 10:00 PM. Seriously? For a four-star hotel during the Christmas season? This is just unacceptable. We expected so much more, and it really put a damper on our stay.

Sehr modernes und stylisches Hotel...sehr freundiches Personal, Frühstück und Essen super und ideenreich....alles perfekt.

Great stay - upgraded after a mirror crashed, had to leave early before breakfast ( included) a delicious picnic was provided
