"Lovely, less than perfect"

Lovely hotel in an old bank building with a small hammam in the basement. So many lovely things about staying here: location is great, staff extremely friendly and helpful, hammam is small but lovely. Our room was pretty and very clean and we slept well. Our only issue was that our room was small and poorly designed so that we couldn't fully unpack (very little storage for clothes and the room was so tight that we couldn't fully open the armoire due to its proximity to the bed and bed table). The bathroom, while clean and modern, had little to no surface space for personal items. My husband and I each had a toiletry kit and I had a hair appliance. None of these would fit next to the sink comfortably, so we ended up using the under-sink area for storage, which meant crouching and kneeling when we needed something. A smarter design would eliminate the huge bathtub (there is a separate shower) and creating more space for people's necessities.

"Statig hotel met karakter op een perfecte locatie"

Vriendelijk ontvangst in het mooie statige hotel. Kamer en badkamer waren niets op aan te merken, maar rekening houdend met prijs/kwaliteit vonden wij de kamer niet ruim. Mooie ontbijtruimte in de patio, uitstekend ontbijt met heerlijke koffie. Mooi dakterras waar we 2 keer een drankje hebben genuttigd. Al het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Er was geen dubbele deur naar de gang toe. Als gevolg daarvan kwam er veel licht van de gang door de kieren van de deur en kon je de andere gasten goed horen op de gang. Eén Nespresso cupje per persoon is ook wel wat karig.
