"Outstanding hotel with wonderful staff and fabulous roof terrace bar."

A wonderful hotel with absolutely outstanding staff. Always helpful and very efficient. It is not the most pretty and atmospheric building - it was formerly a very grand bank! - but it is very attractively designed and furnished with a completely stunning roof terrace and bar (hotel guests only) from where you can watch the magic of the sunset turning the Alhambra pink while enjoying an excellent martini. Hotel is on a central road but plenty of pretty alleys full of tapas bars off it and everywhere in this truly delightful city can be reached on foot.

The staff were amazing upon check in. The hotel was very nice and well located. The parking service was really great. I really think the staff tried to make it amazing but the hotel processes let it down a little

The room was a little disappointing and overlooked a void space. You can’t be a 5 star hotel and not have the room cleaned during the day (we gave a 5 hour window)…you should be watching to see when people leave and signal to clean the room.
