"Ordes zum kurzen Verweilen"

Anfragen und Änderungswünsche (Ankunftszeit) wurden sofort beantwortet. Besitzerin spricht ein exzellentes Englisch und ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat uns sehr gut betreut. Für den Aufenthalt/Zwischenstopp aif der Pilgerreise sehr zu empfehlen. Alles sehr sauber und komfortabel im Bad.

El trato de la limpiadora (Carmen), que era atenta y resolutiva.

Había una cama supletoria que tenía a modo de colchón un trozo de sofá. Luego nos cobraron por una triple y nos pusieron una doble. Y llegamos a las 18.00 horas y hubo que esperar para hacer el checking, no estaban listas las habitaciones. Debajo hay un bar, hasta las 1 de la madrugada sin dormir.

"More than expected, super cosy bed."

Location is good, in the city centre. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The landlord always answers the phone quickly when we need help, like taxi information and heating. The reception lady is kind and friendly to us. The bed is perfect to have wonderful sleep.

The room and shower room are too narrow that we don't have space to place oue stuff. The cleanness need to be improved that I find hair in the bathtub when check in.

The staff i talked to over the phone ( i didnt get her name) was really helpful and i was really glad she was able to communicate with me in english as i cant speak spanish. She was very helpful with all my queries and had endless patience to answer my questions. My stay has been a lot more confortable and stress free because of her.

The name of the hotel in the main entrance should be changed to the name of the current hotel name to avoid confusion
