The rooms were neat, clean, the bedsheets soft and everything in order. The check-in system is handy if you have already booked and paid for everything, plus the location is very central to the town of Ordes. Easy to move in and out and very silent and cozy inside the hotel. Perfect for Camino dwellers, but the rooms are best used if you are more than two people.

Close your windows if you are facing the street because the neighbouring bar is really loud, especially after the fifth pint of Estrella Galicia. It went on until 4AM. A bit overpriced for what it's worth but the rooms were neat and very spacious.

Room and bathroom clean

On arrival, only staff availabe were cleaners, who switched the heating on for us. Never saw a receptionist so next day no heating Emergency exit door LOCKED. Keypad entry system difficult to operate No spare toilet rolls, no bath mat inside or outside bath. No handle on bath to help with getting out. WiFi not operative

The front desk staff was great , helpful with restaurant suggestions, which turned out fantastic a supplied us with a blow dryer. The cafe connected to hotel, Zino’s is fun with good food , cafe an staff .
