Nobis Hotel Palma

A hidden gem in the heart of Palma. A unique hotel perfectly situated to nearby shops, bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to main areas of the old town. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Fantastic bar with great vibes and cocktails. Would have no hesiatation in giving it a 10/10.

An amazing hotel with an amazing interior and location. Stunning where ever you lay your eyes, everything from the entry, the bar and the rooms. And the service was on top, everyone was very kind and helpful. A very nice stay and we will be back!

Excellent is not even the word. Immaculate maybe? This place is a slice of heaven. I would give 6 stars if possible! Here’s why … from the moment I was greeted at the grand entrance, my bags were taken to my room and they arrived before me, strategically placed comfortably for my convenience. Greeted with a refreshment, the check in process was a breeze. The service is personalized and the front desk staff will give you a tour of the property and will explain the lay of the land of Mallorca. The restaurant NOI is so delicious I’ll spend too much time typing how delighted I was with the service and the food. The breakfast is so good with a buffet style and you can order eggs any style and omelets. The rooms are immaculate, comfortable with great pillows. The spa is amazing, specially when you come back from walking the town all day. The property itself sits on a old Muslim monastery so you can only imagine how instagramable the place is. Every corner is a perfect photo op and the muted colors of beige in different hues, make it so incredibly romantic. There are several churches around the property and the narrowest streets take your straight into the heart of Mallorca. They can organize tours, taxis and Uber’s are super easy and accessible. The Nobis hotel is a win win win. I don’t have 1 negative comment to say. This never happens as I’m so particular. Enjoy this lovely town and fantabulous hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vacker byggnad, spännande och annorlunda rum. Frukosten ska ha varit bra (jag har själv inte testat men min fru gjorde det). Det som var lite bökigt var att om man åkte taxi eller bil så finns det inget sätt att ta sig in. Om man inte är från området och har en väldigt liten bil så kan man komma fram till hotellet annars är det ganska omständigt.

Very beautifully restored old palace in a quieter but great location. Just steps away from the Passeo del Born with many restaurants and shopping. Just a short walk to the Royal Palace and main cathedral. The hotel is in excellent condition as it is only a little over a year old and every staff member that we encountered were very friendly and aimed to be helpful. The rooms are attractive and relatively spacious. Had daily included breakfast at the restaurant Noi which was exceptional. Also had an enjoyable dinner there one night. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing 5 night stay!

On arrival the Hotel Nobis did not disappoint , we were a group of 3 couples and were made to feel very welcome at reception , the actual hotel is stunning and unforunately that's where it ends . We were taken to our room which was small to say the least and we had the biggest bedroom in our group and at £400 a night we would have expected somewhat bigger and more comfortable . That night we had dinner in the hotel main restaurant and it was superb and we were all well looked after . This is where it starts to go down hill !! when returning back to our room we were greeted by cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom which did not please my wife . I went to reception very early the next morning to tell them but instead of an apology i got a blunt reply that it was an old hotel and house keeping would be informed . When relaying this story to our friends at breakfast we were told of their issues with no hot water and an unscreened toilet right next to the bed , they had to wait until that evening for another room . 2nd and 3rd night still more cockroaches and music all night from the room next door as the dividing walls are paper thin . We booked out on the Sunday and going through my bill i noticed a 200 Euro overcharge for dinner that we hadn't had when i flagged this up they reluctantly removed it and the bill was paid in full , at the airport i checked my online banking and to my surprise and without my authorisation they added the overcharge back on when we had left , i rang them straight away and was told they had found another restaurant slip that i had signed so i asked for a scan of it to be emailed to me , they never emailed it over so back in the UK i sent an email explaining everything , they eventually replied saying they would look into it , i have since been refunded but not the full amount and no explanation , another couple in our group were also overcharged and have now been refunded with no explanation (IN THE UK IT IS CALLED THEFT) I have been to Palma many many times and have never had a problem like this before , the people of Palma are lovely and the city is amazing but i will NEVER stay in this hotel again , OVER RATED , OVER PRICED AND BILLING ERRORS .

Not great- sadly- we booked three rooms at this hotel- the photos of the building itself were good and were what attracted us to this hotel— however all rooms were small (superior deluxe) with tiny bathroom facilities- not acceptable to pay approx £450per room per night to have a shower and toilet in a wardrobe 1m from the bed! Staff seem inexperienced and bordering on rude and indifferent- check your departure bill as we had additions on that were incorrect!! ! Some facilities ie the first floor bar were not available due to a private function- bar service not available on the lack lustre roof terrace! We were advised because of the location to book the hotel transfer- in fact you can get taxis to and from the hotel at half the price of the hotel transfer! We have been to many hotels in Palma over the years and this is not a good 5* hotel and certainly not 5* service

Stunning hotel perfect for a short stay of Palma.

Everything about my stay at Nobis Palma was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is stunning, the service was warm and professional, and every detail felt carefully considered. The rooms were both elegant and comfortable, the breakfast was magical, and the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between relaxed and luxurious. I’m already dreaming of my next visit!
