Quiero destacar especialmente al personal del desayuno, que fue excepcional durante toda la estancia. Siempre atentos, amables y muy profesionales, haciendo que cada mañana fuera una experiencia muy agradable. El desayuno, además, fue excelente.

Sin embargo, la suite presentaba varios desperfectos y detalles de mantenimiento que comuniqué a recepción desde el primer momento y que adjunto en fotografías. Aunque la estancia fue buena, considero que una suite debería revisarse con más detalle antes de la llegada de los huéspedes. También me sorprendió que las cápsulas de café se cobraran aparte y eché en falta algún gesto por parte del hotel tras comunicar las incidencias. Gracias de nuevo al personal del desayuno por su magnífica atención, que fue sin duda uno de los puntos más positivos de la estancia
