"Trato de recepción al teléfono pésima y el trato al cliente muy malo, jamás volvería"

Alojamiento completo, y tranquilo

Pero el trato del servicio fue pésimo desde el primer momento, solicitamos entrar a las 13:00 y aceptaron en booking, luego el mismo días ellos quisieron cobrarme 30€ de más por qué decían que si no esperáramos hasta las 16:09 y después de explicarle lo sucedido me colgaron el teléfono diciendo cosas muy pocos coherentes para estar cara al público, tuve que aguantarme por qué tenían mi dinero, pero el trato fue pésimo y bastante bastante denigrante

My only complaint was noisy neighbours, quite a few groups of young adults who had music playing late on, and the sound proofing isn’t very good. But everything else was great, beautiful apartment with very comfortable beds
