Nobu Hotel San Sebastián

Our stay at Nobu San Sebastian exceeded our expectations at every level. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. The room was absolutely gorgeous and impeccable with a stunning view of the bay. Our pet Max was treated like a king. And of course, the main reason for the trip: the sushi. Our dining experience was superb and we can't thank chef Giulio and his staff enough for the unforgettable gastronomic experience(s). We are already booking our next visit to Nobu.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is renowned for its luxurious amenities and stunning surroundings. However, my experience was overshadowed by the unfriendly demeanor of the staff members. While the accommodations were impressive and the location beautiful, I believe that the essence of a five-star establishment lies in the quality of service. Unfortunately, I encountered the employee who seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, which was surprising given the hotel's reputation. I hope this feedback encourages management to prioritize staff training in customer service, as a warm and attentive approach can significantly enhance the guest experience.

Lovely hotel with helpful and kind staff. We really enjoyed our stay and everything was well taken care of. The location is a 15-20 min walk to the old town but we did not see this as downside, the views are spectacular and it is a lovely enjoyable walk down the beach front side. The staff helped with everything we needed, a huge thanks to them. Would love to be back :)

The service was awful for a 5 star hotel. Understaffed with few people running the entire structure at the limit of their possibilities. The staff requested us to put a complain with the management as they were aware of how poorly the hotel was managed and they requested more help.

We stayed there with my family and had a great time there. The hotel is super new, the staff super friendly and helpful and that made the trip in this amazing city even better!! We will definitely be back when we have a chance! 100% recommend it!
