FERGUS Club Mallorca Waterpark

Es muy lindo y tiene de todo, lo recomiendo

Reservamos 3 habitaciones pero una de ellas no la limpiaron porque dijeron que no les daba tiempo, fue lo único malo

Waterpark was great

The pools were good for the children however you’re not allowed floats in the pool but was allowed hard balls that hit a baby in the head but my autistic child couldn’t have a float. The sunbed you cannot reserve but by 7am all beds had towels and you couldn’t get a sunbed. We put our towel down early once when we came down they had been moved by other people staying in the hotel.

The food was absolutely awful. There wasn’t much variety what they had for lunch was also served for dinner. The food was not nice at all. The rooms and hallways are outdated. The staff was quite rude they called us to take our towels off the balcony yet when you looked out the window everyone had towels over their balcony drying.

The hotel was okay, we had a fine stay but wouldn’t go back. We were lucky enough to get a room on the far side away from the restaurant and stage, those who had rooms there must have had a hard time sleeping. The room was fine for our family, however I haven’t stayed at a hotel with such a small bathroom. The food was fine, what you expect from a buffet at all inclusive but we needed up almost eating exclusively pizza for the time we were there. The waterslides are great, however note that the height limit is 120cm For most and 140cm for the higher ones. Some of the staff are lovely, others not. There is a 4 drink limit which some really stick to, even if you’re getting 1 drink for you and partner and have 3 children to bring drinks back for, then you have to stand in the 40 minute cue again. Thankfully there weren’t many staff who followed the rule but some did. In general it’s quite clean, a bit older but maintained. The town is lovely and the hotel is centrally located. We often went into the town and enjoyed going to the beach as well.

They randomly closed the pools when they felt there were too many kids in them, without telling anyone when it will reopen or why. With the amount of people in the hotel, they should really get more food trucks or restaurants, it was always so full my kids felt intimidated even going for dinner. We forgot our Nintendo switch in the hotel and have been calling multiple times a day since leaving and they never answer the phone. Don’t expect customer service I guess after you’ve left/paid.
