God frokost selv om jeg savnet egg og bacon. Rent og ryddig på rommet, stor seng med for meg en altfor stor og tung dyne(dette er bare meg som foretrekker lettere/tynnere dyner)

Amasing stay at the Cloud one staff very helpfull room very modern and clean good choice at breakfast time , close to all the sights would reccomend had a fab time.

Great hotel, beautiful lobby and bar, clean rooms and great service. The first room we got had a leak and they quickly found another available room for us. Located in a great area close to lots of dining and attractions, very walkable. Would stay here again!

Great hotel and great price. One small thing, no coffee or tea in the room.

The lobby is absolutely stunningly gorgeous! The room looks fine albeit very compact but the room lacks many thoughtful features - there is no fridge for a cold beverage and no vent in the tiny bathroom to clear the steam and the postage stamp side table beside the bed was consumed by a house phone so no place for cell, etc. the room is needlessly cramped and the bathroom is so small (and lacks full shower enclosure) that water goes everywhere and there’s no room to put your stuff. The kicker was that the hallway door could not be locked from the inside because it wasn’t installed properly (housekeeping said they would report it and get it fixed, but that never happened). It’s a lot of flash but lacks substance in areas! Needs serious attention to detail on a practical level and to the basics.

Fint nytt hotel väldigt centralt i Gamla stan . Tyvärr för liten frukostmatsal och dåligt logistik runt matens placering där det blev köer och allmänt förvirrande hur köerna gick.Kan ändå rekommendera detta hotel
