The Cloud One Gdansk

We stayed at the hotel for five days. After our first night, we had to change rooms due to a leak from the air conditioning unit, which left the carpet soaking wet. On the third day, the staff didn’t recognize us and had to double-check whether our breakfast was included before allowing us into the restaurant. On the fourth day, housekeeping came at 3 PM—an hour after they themselves had said the service would end. By then, we had already taken care of getting new towels and toilet paper ourselves. We also sent a couple of items to be dry-cleaned, but when we tried to collect them, the staff refused to return them unless we paid immediately. This meant we couldn’t settle all charges upon check-out. On top of that, the payment system was down, so we had to postpone collecting our clothes until the next day. The air conditioning could neither be adjusted nor turned off, so the room was uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. The bathroom was also poorly designed: water from the shower would flood the entire floor, making it wet and chilly. It didn’t take long for the drain to become clogged as well. Although the hotel advertises room service, it was unavailable unless we specifically requested the menu. The elevator was unreliable and even came to an abrupt halt on one occasion, requiring us to manually restart it. Bra å fint hotell som låg centralt

Great location

Utrolig flott hotell beliggende svært sentralt i nærheten av elven og gamlebyen. Vi hadde ikke frokost på hotellet, men det var flere attraktive restauranter som tilbyr frokost i nærheten. For de som er på bilferie er det også et nytt parkeringshus i tilknytning til hotellet med rimelig parkering og rikelig med plass. Anbefales!

Vi har hatt et flott opphold her! Fint hotell. Flott personale. Ryddig og godt renhold. Spennende konge, bar og oppholdsrom nede. Fine rom med god temperatur. God mat. Vi er fornøyd!

Vi hade en två-dagars vistelse i Gdansk och är supernöjda med nästintill allt förutom frukosten som vi tyckte varmköket var sådär då den serverades kallt. Bra läge och fräscha rum, lugn gata utanför.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the old town in Gdansk

Vi hadde et flott opphold, gode senger og veldig sentralt. men frokosten kunne vært bedre det var dårlig med påfyll syns vi.

Veldig fint hotell med ideell plassering midt i gamlebyen. God atmosfære og hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte. Topp rengjøring! Mye støy i gatene utenfor hotellrommet kveld/natt dersom man må ha vinduet åpent, men veldig godt lydisolert når vinduet er lukket. Frokosten var god, men det gikk litt sakte med påfyll av diverse mat det gikk tomt for.
