Certainly not 4*! Just back from a 7 night stay here- after reading reviews, we decided to book. Entrance area is beautiful and staff are very helpful, however that's where it ends! A superior sea view room is not superior at all - very basic room in need of a significant update. The faeces smell in the corridor on 19/20 was sickening. Hallways are grubby and paint has been added to patch up areas, carpets need a clean. The lifts are shocking, once in the lift, expect to travel up and down all eight floors before reaching your actual destination. Breakfast is very disappointing, Luke warm food and staff are extremely slow to top up - no milk jugs, white bread and breakfast glasses available at various times during our stay. After a wait, the bread arrived , as did the plates, but no jugs! Having visited Benidorm twice a year for the last 6 years and stayed in The Bristol, Primevera Park and Servigroup Hotels, I think there are better options available. The noise from builders at 8am each morning is not ideal either! Rooftop bar and pool are beautiful and well worth a look, we certainly won't be back.

The location is very special and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and our room was very clean and comfortable, with all you could want and need. Housekeeping was also excellent. I live the atmosphere in the foyer and rooftop bar area. Impressive. Most importantly there we no large groups and the hotel clients were of mixed ages. This beats the last hotel by a sight amount. Finally the best location I could have wanted. We will be back in November.

So I give a current and fair assessment, the building work on the apartments opposite the North side ( partial sea view), is noisy for some of the day. That said the patio doors do keep out the noise. The car park is a little hard to get to, but I used it and it wasn’t a big problem.

Absolutely disgusting the room and corridor smell like faeces and when I complained at reception was told nothing they can do. Be the last time I stay here

All very good, needs an iron in the room or access to one. But on the whole very good. Location is right on the beach just before the old town.

No hot puddings. Custard/ rice. Not a great choice in puddings.
